Well, what price are you looking for for the account?
There is another seller selling visa cards that you can use to verify your own Paypal account for $5, so I'd say that this account would sell for less than that, because of the added risk of the account being potentially frozen or banned if Paypal sees that the ownership has changed.
Unless you are saying that this account is a Business paypal account? I think the restrictions and limitations on a Business paypal account are different than a personal one, but so are the fees.

You mean the account's worth is $2-$4? I don't think so. It's a US verified account. If its an aged account, that would be another plus.

It's mine during my stay in Union City California. Made in Mid January 2015.
Guess my price would be at LEAST 7.5$ since it IS aged, and it has a few transactions.
