Ehy guys i'm a noob in this thing.
I have a transaction made from mycelium not confirmed from 2 days now, i'd like to double spend it whit a higher fee to complete the payment, it's easy to do this?

Nope. You need: #1 the network to forget about your transaction. If Mycelium is rebroadcasting this means to not use it at all for at least 24 hours. The question came up recently in another thread, but I dont know how Myceliums reacts when a TX does not get confirmed. You should research a definit answer for this to improve your chances of a double spend. #2 the wallet to forget the TX existed in the first place. I have no clue if thats even possible with Mycelium. If its not possible to modify it with external tools, you have to export the private key into a different wallet. Keep in mind that exporting a private key is always a risk to leak it. While these two things are difficult, once you managed them you can just create a new TX and set a higher fee. |

He can broadcast it to a pool that has forgotten about it or if the pool is willing to accept it. It would be easier is pools uses Replace By fee which allows a previous transaction to be replaced by a new transaction that has a higher fee. Otherwise, the next best method is spending the output with a high fee and pools using CPFP (Child pay for parent) might confirm all the transaction. Current biggest pool using CPFP if I'm not wrong is Eligus which mines few blocks per day. |

If this transaction is to concrete man or commpany - I mean for example if you want to sell bitcoins on stock exchange, and there is limit, there could not be problem with asked them to send it back or pay this second half after it.

He would be able to be spend it again. For example, In Bitcoin Core 0.11.0, you can use -walletbroadcast=0 to prevent the transaction from being broadcasted again using the console or commandline. |

You cannot double spend in mycelium, the mycelium client won't let you. You have to either wait for the transaction to be confirmed or wait that mycelium drops your transaction if it doesn't get confirmed in some time. Sorry I don't know how long is before mycelium drops the transaction if unconfirmed. |
