Hi at everyone! I still have some problems with my U3: hash rate low, difficulty very low (Cool and too errors (no valid hash rate for over 2 seconds and blocks rejected) Can you show me a good configuration on Mhz and mV? I modify that on the cgminer.cfg file and work very well.
According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

I made my steps with the Anminter u3+ and got stuck on the default settings.
I got Problems with the Hashrate and god also some Hardwareerrors showin up.

After tryin different configs i figured this out for myself to be the best for the Antminer.

cgminer.exe --bmsc-options 115200:0.54 -o stratum+tcp://stratum.bitcoin.cz:3333 -u DavieT.1337 -p x --bmsc-voltage 0830 --bmsc-freq 0982

I used zadig to convert the drivers for the USB. Otherwise Mining on my laptop where difficult with an Antminer u3.
I used a config and get 72 gh/s instead of 62gh/s. So you can also try:

cgminer.exe --bmsc-options 115200:0.5 -o stratum+tcp://stratum.bitcoin.cz:3333 -u DavieT.1337 -p x --bmsc-freq 0B82 --bmsc-voltage 0800

hope i could help Wink
have phun

Sorry at everyone! I've connected the U3 at my pc gaming and the hash rate was 62Ghash/s and very stable for all time! The problem was the notebook that went very slow because it has got only 2 Gb of RAM and a dual-core processor. But the current is more than 800 watt!!! So I'll try to build a new computer quad-core with 4-8 Gb of RAM, a power supply of 300 watt max and to connect more antminers U3 with a very big USB hub. This may is the best solution but only during the day because I've the solar panels and I can save much current. Wink

Sounds really cool.  Cool What Solar Panels do u use for this?  Roll Eyes can u give an example product or cost?

In case u want to ride the antminers in a Hub. U should inform urself how much u can put on one hub/computer.
I got 4x Antminer u3 on my normal Gaming pc and it works quit well. It`s normal there are drops while using the Computer, but it`s not much.

Every Miner uses 60 Watt and the Machine runs on a 350W. So it`s quit more phun than the ROI  Grin Cheesy
