Can you sign with any past address?
Would be a lot more solid than any gmail history.

You had a loan thread here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=742699.0
Can you sign with any of the repayment addresses written by you in any unedited post? Or any other one you can bring forward.
(or was your wallet in some way recoverable by your mail?)

No longer active on bitcointalk, however, you can still reach me via PMs if needed.

if he was using a blockchain.info wallet without 2fa i think it might be possible (just possible) that the hacker got access to his wallet. just speculation.

theres nothing here. message me if you want to put something here.

That was before the forum hack and is over 2 months old and does the job to make aware that the account is under someone elses control. The signed message is fine.

I don't think I will be able to sign that because I have a (bad) habbit of changing addresses every now and then, but I did sign a message that is older than 2 months. But I have also PGP signed the message from Keybase.io, you can verify that if you like.

You should actually use a new address every time you receive Bitcoin and never reuse an address. Doing so will increase your privacy and the privacy of anyone you trade with.

You should obviously keep backups of all of your private keys.

You had mentioned that you occasionally change the address you receive Bitcoin on and implied that it is a bad habit that you do not reuse your address more. I was pointing out that it is actually a bad habit to ever reuse an address.

I verified the signed message that you had PM'ed me and it looks like it is the address from your lending thread.

I don't think he has regained control of that account. if he had regained control he'd change his password again because BTCBLOGGER knows the current one.
