trying to setup sha256's with ufasoft--help please

I was mining with my gpu and just got my sha256's yesterday--can't get them working- with ufasoft-i can find no support anywhere about how to use ufasoft coin. 12 hours screwing with this and no closer. computer idiot but can usually fumble through. when i try to click on the bitcoin-miner-64 file it opens a command prompt for a split second and then it disappears-don't have time to even read what it says--any help would be great
--when i try to run bitcoin-miner-64, the window that opens closes right away so i can't even read it or interact with it--am i doing something wrong?
