How to Buy Bitcoin using Neteller ?

Since I say that a lot of people here on the currency exchange don't accept Payoneer or don't even know what Payoneer is , I made a Neteller account and I deposited money from my Payoneer to my Neteller but still .. I'am struggling to find someone to trade with me . most of people are buying bitcoins just like me :/

So is there is any website that I could do this fast and good rates ? (I don't like Localbitcoins)

however seems like Coinimal don't accept people outside EU Countries and I'am from north africa so I can't really do much . you can create the account but you need an Europeen phone number to verify it and start trading

there are website that offer free number, try to use one of those, then you can disable 2fa in your account, if this could be an issue

I was going to do that when you said it but looks like it's screwed up lel . Look what I found :
Seems like they do not accept Neteller unless you are Gold member which require verified proof of address & Coinimal-Selfie and I can't proof adress of course because I'am not in EU . :/

I guess you mean the currency exchange section , as I said above It's not an easy job to find someone trading Neteller for me . I can sell my BTC for Neteller easily however for buying bitcoins using Neteller is little bit since I can't find people to do that .
