I don't think that he will announce it ever.
Well..... there will be a minimum of 200% bump in price.

Why do you think that he mention Bitcoin anywhere? Might be in a financial discussion but I don't think it effects Bitcoin prices much.

I don't think that the president of the United States himself would even talk about a possible candidate that will oppose USD. Also, he has no reasons or whatsoever to publicly address matters of some sort in regards with bitcoin. But if that ever happens, the public might go bat shit crazy about it, and might also be a cause of a new ath lol.

It is still very early to think that head of some state will officially support or even say something about BTC. In case, it will not affect BTC much. People will not suddenly start using BTC. First thing is to make it user friendly and free of bad reputation.

In my opinion, when amazon will start accepting BTC that will the most glorious day in BTC history. That will be a big landmark for bitcoin. Bitcoin value will rise upto 1500$ and amazon will have revisit there decision.

Except when the last few large companies started accepting btc (overstock, dell, etc) the price went DOWN.  Its like a large selloff happening all at once cause they convert to fiat upon purchase.  Even if amazon does ever accept btc, I dont see a large price increase.  Seems liek a price increase only comes when there is massive BUYING and holding, usually sparked by news of economic collapse (like currently happening in greece)

If you guys are waiting for a U.S. President to utter the words "bitcoin" and "good" in the same sentence, then support and hopefully vote for Rand Paul.

He's already saying it.

big man will only start talking about bitcoin, when the masses will recognize it, not the opposite, until bitcoin is not well known everywhere and well adopted, you can't expect a thing like this to happen

There is a very simple solution to this. Change your name to 'Bitcoin Isthefuture', get yourself elected to the senate or become the president of where you live and then make a nuisance of yourself.

He will say sooner or later, but he says lots of things and people won't care too much about it.

And no effect on prices, of course

Don't expect that any time soon. Dollar is doing to well, I mean, financial engineering is doing fine for now. Too fine to care about cryptocurrencies, whatever they are called. It is time for kicking the can until the end of his presidency.
