They need to re-sync, there was a bad block on the network and their wallet is stuck.
Already opened a ticket yesterday, hope they will fix soon.

btw, it seems like SHROOMS network fully recovered now, blocks flowing fine

And no reply to my tickets today.

I think it could help if you guys submit tickets too and ask them to fix SHRM.
Just tell them that their wallet is stuck on a forked block and they need to delete blockchain files and re-sync from zero.
