If/After Asics start shipping, you will start finding FPGAs very cheap.

How much are they now and where can I get one? GPU mining is using far to much power! Sad

Check out the Custom Hardware forum in the Mining section, and also the Computer Hardware forum inside this one. People occasionally post FPGAs. Not much of a discount off the MFR's prices though.
