I was following this project a while back and went to the website and it seems to be down. Is this business still in operation?

Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

Just PM him directly:  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=28652 if you are having problems.

Our family was terrorized by Homeland Security.  Read all about it here:  http://www.jmwagner.com/ and http://www.burtw.com/  Any donations to help us recover from the $300,000 in legal fees and forced donations to the Federal Asset Forfeiture slush fund are greatly appreciated!

If you ever can't get somewhere, run it through:
http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/
and it will tell you if the website is actually down (via many many many servers across the world attempting to load it) or if it's just your computer/browser/connection.

Just in case anyone is still watching this thread- there is a project trying to carry on the work of the IBB but starting with a clean slate. Check it out.
