Bitcoin enthusiasts:
I am looking for a consultant (tutor? advisor?) who can help me understand some of the technical nuances of Satoshi Nakamoto's whitepaper as well as its implementation by Satoshi Nakamoto, Gavin Andresen et al.
I know a little bit of computer science but haven't actually written a line of code in several years. But I do understand (at least the basics of) public key cryptography, hash functions and a few of the other important underlying concepts.
That said, when I sit down and read the whitepaper, I have some difficulty putting all of the pieces together.
I am looking for a consultant who can help me deepen my understanding of the technical aspects of bitcoin. I need someone who can walk me through the whitepaper (and the details of the source code as posted on GitHub), answer my questions and make sure my understanding is 100% solid.
Qualifications / details:
- Pay: 150 USD (paid via bitcoin, of course, at the exchange rate at time of payment)
- Mechanism: Consultations will occur via phone.
- Location: Consultant must be in the United States (or willing to consult via phone during daytime / early evening New York City time). If you live in New York City and can meet in person, so much the better.
- Knowledge base: consultant must have an extremely thorough and detailed understanding of the source code and all of the technical nuances. Questions will be very, very detailed.
- Commitment level: expect the consultation to last between 2 and 10 hours over the course of a few days... i can be somewhat flexible as to when we schedule the calls
- Contact: satoshi.nakamoto.student@gmail.com
- Other: If the consulting arrangement goes well, additional business opportunities might be possible (i.e. further technical consulting for my colleagues).
Regards,
A curious student
