That is one of the addresses that was used to send/receive tx during the spam test/attack.
It has a massive amount of very low inputs and thus it lags Blockchain.info's system.

There are many addresses currently existing like that one. This is one of many. (Probably over 20 others)

Blockchain.info now has a warning up when you search that address, explaining that someone is trying double spends from that address. good find!

Blockchain.info has been having many problems recently with everything. everything is messed up there. their API, wallet, nodes connection, unavailability.
and it is partly because of these spam attacks on the network. you should use other online block explorers to check an address's transactions and balance.

there are a lot of them to use: blocktrail.com, btc.blockr.io, walletexplorer.com, blockexplorer.com,, bkchain.org/btc, coinplorer.com/BTC, webbtc.com, bchain.info, bitcoinchain.com, and hundreds more
but the 4 first one are the ones that i usually use and more popular.
