Was wondering around wikipedia when i stumbled on the Civil False Claims Act, went a little further and found this...

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Largest_Pharmaceutical_Settlements

The charges include: Off-label Promotion, Kickbacks (political corruption), Medicare Fraud, Poor Manufacturing Practices, Failure to Disclose Safety Data, Concealing Study Findings (way too common), Illegal distribution, & Monopoly practices.

Gives you an idea on how corrupt things are over here on this side of the pond.  Makes you wonder, how many times do you think everything went to plan and stood under the radar?

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Getting caught is part of the plan.  The fines are much less than the profits.

Read this book.
