Clevermining Pool - Not receiving payout

Hi, I'm trying to get support from Clevermining but there's no contact for them for this, hence posting here.
I haven't received a payout since 11th July even though my payout amount is at 0.29 BTC.

My miners are chugging along fine, I've also noticed that the 'Unexchanged' & 'Immature' amounts are incrementing but the 'Ready For Payout' amount hasn't changed for almost a day now.

If Clevermining can look into this please it would be great.

contact the support directly, are you sure the payments are daily?
i was under the impression they rotated weekly, or maybe that's only if you are under the auto payout :/
