I've set the price target I made on December 2014 for Monero in 2015 to reach 10 usd (at least touch it).
For 2016 I've set the target of 100 usd (at least touch it).
For 2017 I've set the target of 1000 usd (at least touch it)
For 2018 I've set the target of 10 000 usd (at least touch it).

I love to be proven wrong and end up at higher levels.

Not really, as the development seems to be gotten slower.
However, it's too early to matter much.

In 2-3 years it should start the takeoff though. At least I hope so.

I actually give pretty high odds for Monero becoming a great currency. It is still in its early steps, the ticket is almost free of charge (only less than a buck per ticket).
The less you own the tickets the higher you want the price to go.
However, personally I have many tickets and I will not plan to sell any time soon as the emission is slowing down drastically.
It has been said many times that these are among the last days/weeks/months you can possibly get the tickets to the raffle.

There is a lot of activity happening right now on github and elsewhere. Translations, games, exchanges (fiat and crypto), pr efforts, cold wallets, integrated addresses, view keys, database enhancements, crowdfunding and other services. The best thing about it is that most of these projects are being run by different people! Monero is a great case study for what decentralized development should look like.
