Could you please explain the procedure for taking delivery?

Sure,

First the customer sends a request to bitcoin2silver@gmail.com asking to redeem shares for silver and lets me know how they would want them shipped.

I will respond back with a quote for the shipping cost and what the handling charge is (0-10% per contract) and if I have silver in-stock that within the size requested.(I have the option to purchase silver to fulfill your request)

If you accept the quote, you can pay the shipping cost and fee's in bitcoins or shares.

Per contract i have 14 days to ship the silver(Mostly to be used when having to purchase silver)

Customer is responsible for all loses due to shipping, but the customer has any shipping choice they want with zero mark up on it.

Per the contract I can put a withdraw size minimum(But currently there is none)

Per the contract I choose the silver type to send you(But I will let you know what i will be sending in the quote)

You don't get to choose what silver coins/bars/etc I send you, but I can try to work with your if you only want a certain type (This is because some coins in inventory have value 1-4 times silver spot)

Had a price spike in silver today up to $35.40 and then a sell off, should be interesting to see how the prices go today.
So far the past week or so BTC prices have been pretty stable, and no sell off during the weekend that usually drops the price.

At first look this morning, I thought we were going to post 1% gains on silver and Bitcoin. But it looks like we will post 1% gain on silver and 1% loss on Bitcoin.

Another interesting morning, since the silver markets are closed silver price stays the same. But right now BTC is down ~5% today, interesting to see if a weekend sell-off or a downturn swing.
