Can I create more than One thread for a Same Site, Like One thread in the Altcoin Section and other in service Section?

if the subject is the same, I don't think it's allowed because if it is about a service then it will get moved to the service section and vice versa.

I'm sure there's a thread like this somewhere..

You can have more than 1 thread about the same thing if it has something new or a promotion of some sort, read the rule and tou will understand better
