what will happen if I used some free proxy in the past and someone else used that proxy before or in the future? will this account be listed as his alt?

I have used free proxies to gain access to some blocked site. I might have opened bitcointalk while using those proxies, that's why I ask.

"You cannot now believe that you will ever feel better. But this is not true. You are sure to be happy again. Knowing this, truly believing it will make you less miserable now."

If the proxy is recognized as proxy, I don't think so. If it is one of the high anonymous ones that is not, then you might be.

Otherwise everyone that uses tor to post would already be banned because he has been listed as alt of some banned user

Your IP address is only one of many things that is looked at when trying to determine if someone is your alt or not. If you happen to share an IP address a small number of times with someone else and have nothing else in common then you will probably not be tagged of an alt of that person.
