How long have you been on lending section ?, I am sure most of brand new or newbies accounts who asking for loan w/o collateral are scammer's alt, they just move to new accounts because of their old accounts has been marked as scammer/loan defaulter.

I doubt you got sent anything. post the txid here and get the person who sent you 0.03 to confirm.
