Yes, there is no problem changing from Coinomat to Coinoindex. In fact they support this and would like you to change Coinomat signatures.

I wish he will fix it asap.

The bot now recognize me but it shows the rate of the Coinomat and not the current signature of Coinoindex.
It shows 0.0001 instead of 0.0003

I just switch from coinomat to this campaign this week. In coinomat the payment always on time.
