I have closed all games, when I click on menu in the windows app and then go to Cashier and then click the buy button it takes me to the above webpage but it does not give me any option to do anything apart from log out.  What is the direct URL to deposit I will try that way.

Before you open withdraw page. JUST CLOSE THE GAME
then you open this link http://playtodos.com/Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fWithdrawal%2fMyBitcoinWithdrawalList.aspx

Remember , to close it before open withdrawal link

Thanks.  I have the game closed, this link takes me to the login screen and when logged in shows me only a daily bonus button and logout button.  I will upload an image shortly, I am trying to 'deposit' rather than withdrawal.
