Hi, I want to know, how to send text messages through blockchain.info custom transactions?
The thing is that sometimes text attaches and sometimes it's not, despite on that I am doing all the same.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

The messages you see on Blockchain.info has their own database. Hence, when a person embeds a message using their service, the message is stored on their server. If they shuts down, the messages would all be lost. It wouldn't be visible on any other block explorers or client. When you are at the send tab, select custom transaction and you can type a message there. Are you viewing it on blockchain.info?

I'll put it on my list of games to play with PyBitcoinTools.

Basically you stick what is called a "NOP" in your output script... so yes... you can put "I love the NSA" in there if you want, though you will have to know how to click on a python script to do it Wink
