For what that I know you can't block.
Try to move funds to another wallet, maybe mix the funds to avoid spam tx.

So basically you cannot send coins when an incoming transaction has no confirmations? That should not be working like that imo..

I can suggest you to change wallet. Coinbase it is maybe the best web based wallet for bitcoin.

It is not necessary to be connected with one wallet which give you problems when there are to many other sites which give excellent similar service.

No matter what wallet you use, you've to wait till they get confirmed.
You can only do that; "Dear sender; while sending my bitcoins to me, please pay 2x tx fee (0.0002 BTC)".
Also you can choose "confirmed" tx'es before sending bitcoins. You need full control over your bitcoins to choose which inputs have confirmation so I advice you to use Bitcoin Core (Also you can disable to spend unconfirmed tx'es on bitcoin core).

It would happen if the person pays low fees nevertheless. The best method would be waiting to send goods after 1 confirmation or if the person pays average fees.

Coinbase isn't any better than other wallets. Other wallets allows you to choose outputs to spend.

No matter what wallet you use, you've to wait till they get confirmed.

It depends. If you spend the output of the unconfirmed transaction with higher and more attractive fee, pools implementing CPFP (Child pay for parent) would consider confirming the transaction associated hence getting all the fee. However, the only big pool implementing this is Eligius which have a low hashrate hence it wouldn't have much chances

No. Newer will be confirmed and older will be confirmed some other time. (If the sender doesn't dobule spend, doesn't use same inputs).

But you can make it confirmed faster. But you need to do a new tx with 3-5x higher tx fee.

You dont need confirmation to send money from your wallet. So yes you can send btc from your account if not confirmed.

Same here. As long as I know, the default fee in most wallets including Core is 0.0001, or im adding a 0? (0.001)
I think all of those problems will be solved once legit off the chain massive mechanisms like the Lightning Network are working. If I was a miner I personally would be frustrated having to process a bunch of tiny picotransactions (not even micro).

I'm pretty sure that isn't how it works. The child needs to be confirmed first before the parents even get confirmations. Otherwise, if a transaction can be confirmed before the inputs get confirmed, Bitcoin wouldn't be safe.

AFAIK, no such thing as default fee minimum fee is 0. There is however, such thing as minimum relay fee. It is basically a threshold for minimum fees to be set for clients to relay them. As of Bitcoin Core 0.11.0, it can be set manually hence it would defer. Different clients have different policies. Miner can set their own rules as to which transaction to accept.

on android bitcoin wallet (schildbach), you cannot choose the fees ... you must pay with fees.

on bitcoin core, you can choose 3 methods :
- recommanded = algorythm based on blocks creation
- manually = set your fees
- without fees

As of Bitcoin Core 0.11.0, it can be set manually hence it would defer. Different clients have different policies. Miner can set their own rules as to which transaction to accept.
You need to re-read the part you've bolded.
I've wrote 2 different scenarios and you didn't understand it well.

I have a transaction rescue charity I'm working on.  It has a small learning curve, but it's not point and click yet.  If your interested, post to the service thread, or PM me.

You haven't provided a lot of information (a txid would be helpful), but I'm pretty sure you won't have any problems at all if you do not try to send the unconfirmed 0.0001 BTC. For example, if you have 1.0001 BTC (and the 0.0001 is unconfirmed), then send 0.99 BTC. That way there will be enough to send without having to include the unconfirmed 0.0001 BTC.

If you want more precise control, then you can also use the "Custom Send" feature.

An unconfirmed transaction only freezes that money's transaction. What you had before is still available. I'm afraid you cannot block an incoming transaction, but you can ask the person making that transaction to use a higher fee. Note also that the fee is only one parameter. What's the size of the transaction?

is it possible to choose which input you send? or will it choose randomly from confirmed inputs?
for example if i have 3 input of 1BTC two confirmed and 1 unconfirmed ; when i want to send 2BTC the will wallet choose the two confirmed ones automatically?

p.s. bc.i custom send only lets you choose the addresses you send from.

Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip.
Whales are those who keep buying the dip.

I dont know about coinbase,i need a fast wallet that works good with gambling sites

It is very easy to learn about coinbase. And it is more easy to be part of it. I sent you a pm. There you have the link to register to coinbase. Easy thing. Then try if this wallet works with gambling sites (should work) using a small amount of bitcoins. That's all. Enjoy !!!
