*) Relative limit orders move with the mid-price automatically, you place them in percentage terms, so 100% is the mid-price (bid+ask)/2, 105% is 5% above mid, 95% is 5% below mid. Relative limit orders re-price themselves after every single trade.

Maybe... It's difficult to accept fiat when you don't have any login/registration process! We're happy to let the other exchanges handle fiat (with all of its associated risks) and to concentrate on being the best crypto only exchange.
