To the original poster , try to sell for non reversible payment methods like Perfect Money, or Payeer, otherwise the people in here will never deal with you. As long as these guys see paypal they completely freak out, but don't take it personal, these are 99% of the persons dealing in here.
And if sometimes you need to buy BTC, you can buy directly via Payeer exchange. Or use Localbitcoins.com
Let me tell you another thing, you can invest those btc in Bit-x.com and get very few BTC everyday if you really don't have the need to them.
No, OP is selling BTC, not buying it. The problem is he was demanding to be payed first without escrow. That's a common
modus operandus of scammers. They give the excuse that PayPal is reversible and therefore there's no risk to send first. Of course that's not true. They usually get the payment in PayPal, withdraw it and never send the BTC. Then repeat with another PayPal account. The buyer may or may not be able to reverse the transaction and the PayPal account may or may not be in control of the scammer by then.
Once he noted no one would deal with him without escrow he invented a deal and fled with lame excuses.
