Thanks buddy, its a super good thing you did. This guy already sold some of his database for 1 BTC few days back and perhaps, he's selling the rest of the database. The fact that he is ready to put the personal information of other users on stake just for 0.4 BTC, just sucks.

Going to report same message to pastebin also . If you have any other links where database is for sale. Put it here. I will also report them to the particular site through Facebook.

Quite strange to see them drop the price from 1 BTC to 0.4 BTC considering the entire chunk of data is worthless atm....

I have discussed this thing about blocking ip address , but btcdlc admin says, " we have no system for banning ips ".  As soon as he saw my messages and talk with me , he removed the database shop of scammers account.

I really feeling good to see , I have done something good for bitcoin community.

Many have changed their data, I think it is now useless information.
The database leak is definitely far from useless. If someone bought it, they'd have a list of ~ 80k email addresses associated with bitcoin, plus I'm sure they would be able to steal hundreds of accounts on Bitcointalk as well as other sites. I'm sure lots of people won't bother changing their passwords on sites, or they'll just forget to do so

i don't agree, anyone with even a little clue, knows that cloudminer.io was a ponzi scam even before, so using the same password as bitcointalk account(unless you're not a fully newbie which don't know even how bitcoin work), would be very improbable

I know of at least one case where a high ranked member had their account stolen because of the database leak. In fact, it was the OP of this thread (grtthegreat). He had his account stolen, and then a loan request was made on the account by the account thief. I'm sure in the next few weeks there will be similar cases of this, because it seems so many people just re-use passwords on all sites they use.

This shit is getting out of control , theymos or Badbear should step up and try to catch their IP on the forums because they already hacked forum members accounts and they use those accounts to scam people more then one time .
I guess you should also make a thread on the Meta so people change their passwords because there is no official thread there to warn people.

Satoshibox don't have any features to report the contents and there is no option to contact the admin. Also there is no facebook page available for satoshibox.

Can anyone tell me how to contact them to remove the download contents ?
