[17.07.2015] heise.de: EuGH: Generalanwältin plädiert gegen Umsatzsteuer auf Bitcoinumtausch

Müssen auf den Umtausch von Bitcoins in normale Währungen Umsatzsteuern abgeführt werden? An dieser Frage knabbert gerade der EuGH. Eine Generalanwältin des Gerichtshofs plädiert nun für Steuerbefreiung.

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

die sache ist gut gelaufen. dann hat die EU ja noch eine chance zumindest EINE gute bitcoin-börse auf die beine zu stellen (abgesehen von UK).
