Call your creditcard company and do chargeback.
i am not sure if they can.

out of ability to use the signature, i want a new ban strike policy that will fade the strike after 90~120 days of the ban and not to be traced back, like google | email me for anything urgent, message will possibly not be instantly responded
i am not really active for some reason

mate, I don't want to attack you or make your loss even worse, but are we talking about same page?

I mean, you had some impression, that this is how looks like official landing website for serious financial services? If yes, next time just ask here/some of your friends first, before sending money to any web service..

CC company or bank should help anyway, this is why you are paying for their services..

This site is an old scam
Why you don't make research before deposit via cc?
You search for them after and this is a big mistake.

I'm RED and that's GOOD, i will never be GREEN and that's not BAD! there's no one i'd rather be than me.

You really fell for that ugly website? Look at that site I mean the title itself is shouting scam. You could've already gotten some ideas when you checked their homepage.

Don't trust any exchanger website, especially if they offer paypal as payment, you know they are scammers right away. Search the phone number on the site they have on it. See  what country the area code is from, I would only do business with companies that are local to me, meaning in the same country or atleast in the same continent.
Do a search most of all, it is a simple thing to do even if you are in a rush, type scam after your search to reveal any suspicion on them or any activity they are done in the past to victim's of their schemes.
Your credit card company should be able to do a reverse on a fraudulent charge if your credit card has insurance on it that you are paying for or is included with your particular card plan benefits. But this can take up to 30 days for them to do an investigation and they would need proof sent to them like screenshots and chat logs of the transaction(s) that are in question. If it is a prepaid credit card you are talking about, then you aren't able to do anything about it and you have lost your money, end of story.

you can open an exchange and wait 2 weeks for paypal to freeze your funds and you will never use paypal again. or you could pretend to offer paypal and scam people. that's the reason legit exchanges CAN'T offer paypal

I also Scam by this site. They scam my bitcoin amount. They just use lerry's Business center & even use their name. But, they are not involve currency exchange business. You can check their web site. So, be careful about this exchanger.
