Is there a Trusted Program Developer List Available?

    Much like there is a thread listing trusted escrow and trade users is there also available a thread listing trusted programmers? Most programmers I have seen advertising their services have either low forum activity or little to no trust scores. I am mostly interested in finding someone who knows C++ well.

Forgive the late reply, I first want to have a way of background checking a developer before hiring. But to answer your question, I am looking to have trading software that I use modified.
