you can choose any of the top coins in the coinmarketcap , i think if you can accept a couple of them would be best.

you can build a somewhat decentralized casino on top of NXT. currently tothemoon.me has a gambling plugin built into nxt default client. pretty cool i must say..

You can then interface with NXT's multigateway system to accept other coins instead of just nxt.

I voted for NXT and XRP. Can't find any casino, dice, and sportsbook accepted these coins.

BTC, Doge and LTC I think is the most important crypto ones. From anothers crypto - there are a lot of ones - you can make the decision, when you understand how they are popular in the whole crypto market  Wink

but there are already a shitload of sites based on these coins. He have to make something very special or different to beat the existing ones.

Fortune Jack already offers most altcoins. Now if you can create something with sportsbook that'll be something I would be interested in.

Yes but I think CLAMS is also a good option for gambling sites.
