When the subject of buying BTC with Paypal comes up, I often remember this:

Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

Judging from the modlog, it seems 54 of the user's posts have been deleted and the account has already been perm-banned.
Well done mods. Smiley

You could always PM a mod or admin and request that the user be banned, but there's no feature built into the forum to report a member.

True, but you could report one of his post, and describe the situation clearly in the comment field with "This user has made lots of spam posts. Please take a look at his recent posts" or something like that.

I am sure the mods handling the report will act accordingly.

Report the post and give a reason: Spamming.

You can open a thread in meta (just as you have done in this situation), or you can send a PM describing the issue to a moderator who you believe is online/active at that time.

It will also not hurt to report their posts with a note that the person in question has a lot of similarly spammy posts and it will be looked into by the moderation.

Just report the post and write in the comment that the user is spamming referrals all around, if you want.

The staff will check and see by themselves and do their job, usually quick.

He has already been *banned and the other users have already replied to the OP so why are you still spamming your useless reply   Roll Eyes? Really insane ....

I was actually very surprised and happy of how well mods/admins will work on a issue.  There was one thread it was getting hard to read because of spamming, thread hyjacking, and worthless pictures.

I have to give BadBear a serious thanks for using his time to clean up a thread.   He is a great admin.  I can now read one thread for the first time in a week or so without every other post bashing something.
