Are Bit-X and Bit-X Financial Corp. the same company?

Are Bit-X (https://bit-x.com/) and Bit-X Financial Corp. (https://digatrade.com/pages/about), who own Digatrade the same company?

I couldn't find any info that clearly says Bit-X Financial Corp. is different form the Bit-X we see on signature campaigns here.

Excelent question, I read some news on the Press section of the forum that seemed tor elate both companies... but apparently they aren't related after all (hence why they didn't answer my question about Digatrade on the Bit-x thread, maybe)

Bit-x from Digatrade are Bit-X Financial Corp and based on Canada. Bit-x from https://bit-x.com/ are based in the UK apparently.

Opening this discussion back up because I just saw this article about BitX exchange in South Africa -> http://www.coindesk.com/africas-largest-firm-leads-4-million-raise-for-bitx/

So there is:

• Bit-X (which advertises on this Forum)
• Bit-X Financial Corp (which has Digatrade exchange)
• BitX

All have nearly the same name and all offer exchange services!? What are the chances?

Although pretty awkward, I think this is just a case around "Bit" branding and the coincidence of the "X" symbol (meaning something over the top, beyond expectations). These companies probably don't have any connection with each other. Or they might have copied their names from each other But beyond that I think there's no connection, after all

I would think the "X" has more to do with with the word exchange?
