I doubt he has any regard for the trust of his account. 40 activity isn't much, and an account of similar activity could be bought for under a couple dollars.
It isn't funny, however there are many users on here who could invest in someone who promises returns (see investor-based games section ).
If you need money, don't fake it by trying to offer people returns, just straight up ask for it and people will take you more seriously.
