I have someone that can supply me steam funds at a discount rate due to currency exchange rate and things like that.
I can sell you steam funds for 75% of what its worth.
For example, you want 100$, you pay me 75$ and I buy your item for 100$ on the steam market (I will explain how process works).
The way we transfer funds, is you put up any item on steam market for the agreed amount (in this case 100)and we buy that item. The funds go into your wallet, and you got your steam funds at discount.
