This user : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=181802

Is an alt of williamj, i noticed that badbear tagged him as a probable alt, well i know for a fact he is indeed that alt, he recently made a thread in project development asking people to make a pump and dump group, i added him on skype, his skype is williamj2543, same username as his last account here, lets be honest that can't be a coincidence.

Hey i have around 1 bitcoin, would like to join the team
Very good
You need skype
if you have it, please add me williamj2543
If you can get 2 or 3 more people thats good

Admin can look through my pm's to see this is true.

i dont think theres that much of a need for a mod/admin to confirm that, if badbear already tagged him as a probably alt, theres probable cause for him to think so. the skype id is just additional proof of this.

theres nothing here. message me if you want to put something here.

I just wanted to provide proof that he is 100% alt of williamj, i didn't know william was a scammer and i didnt recognize the name when i added him to skype but now that badbear tagged him, thankfully, i can stop doing anything with that guy, who knows what he was trying to do.

It's not hard to figure out.
I have posted my address 1j254. Posted my skype name to countless people.
I bought an alt because of the negative trust I received on my other account. I had no intention to scam and I still don't. I haven't scammed anyone on my new account and I never was planning to.

I'm ever see that you promote your referral link to sign up on BitGold (just like marcotheminer's signature ) and paid BTC 0.01 for who sign up under your ref
Have you paid them ?

Every single one. Some I paid 0.015 for who got me the more valuable one, others only gave me 1$ so I paid them 1$.
Look at the recent trusts, the last 5 or so where from that.

So you've made restitution to those you scammed with your other account?

When the subject of buying BTC with Paypal comes up, I often remember this:

Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

I sound like a broken record but I didn't scam anyone with my other account. My partner took the funds and ran while I was asleep, then in the morning I wake up, make a post about it, then I get the blame Tongue
I also repaid all the bitcoins I had to the victims, 2.5 btc I paid out.
You can believe me or not, but the proof that moreia (the partner) is a serial scammer is there, he has tried so many other scams since then.

You admit he was your partner so that also makes you responsible. That's what a partnership is. If you allowed him access to your PC, held funds etc., you are just as culpable.

Did you really pay everything you owed to? If so i will remove my rating although badbear has tagged you already so it wont make much of a difference.

I repaid all the btc that I had at the time.
I am not paying more because  I don't have nearly enough btc to do that, and I did not profit from this scam, so there is no benefit for me.

And to KWH, I was the dev of the site. I had no access to the coins, or any of the accounts he was using on the forums. I could not have stopped it even if I could.

WilliamJ, you were clearly promoting the scams that James Volpe was running in the past. You previously admitted to run one of the scams with him and admitted that you had shared access to the Bitcoin of the site.

I think some people were willing to give you the benefit of the doubt that you didn't know moreia was a scammer (myself included), and I think some people gave you somewhat of a pass because you had repaid people that were scammed with your own money, and given what turned out to be Moreia's long history of scamming you were given a pass.

With that being said, you are now promoting what is another one of Moreia's scams. You can say all you want that the person running the scam talks differently then moreia, and you can say all you want that you have not seen any actual evidence it is him, however after being warned that it was him you choose to continue to promote his scam, which BTW appears to have just run away with investor money. You consistently proclaiming that you are receiving payment only installed confidence in other players to make them more willing to "invest" with their own money. I had posted on that thread to warn potential "investors" and as a result I received notifications whenever someone posted, and there was a noticeable increase in the number of posts after you advertised you received payment (and after you tried to dilute my warning that the ponzi was being run by a serial scammer). I want to be clear that I have no issue with you disagreeing with me.

If you were naive previously then you should have learned your lesson when you paid out 3BTC out of your own pocket to stay away from moreia. However one really needs to think for a minute if you were really all that innocent if even after you were warned that a ponzi was being run by the scammer James Volpe, you not only continued to invest in the scam, but also choose to continue to push/promote it.
