Ages ago, snapcard used to allow you to buy anything with BTC. They would effectively trade your BTC for their USD, and perform the USD purchase for you.
Gyft too used to be useful, but has reduced Bitcoin acceptance on a large amount of their gift cards.

Any other places worth checking out? For example, I was just looking for an iTunes gift card and couldn't find anything.

No longer active on bitcointalk, however, you can still reach me via PMs if needed.

you can buy anything with BTC by using third-party sites such asAll4BTC. Not sure how well it works for digital items though....

If you are interested, I have a $10 US iTunes card and will sell for $8 in BTC
