Bitcoin entrepreneur have to find new country as a base operational business...i dont know is there any country in this world that have permit to bitcoin companies
They need to find a new country without an extradition treaty with the US. If they break the new law from any country outside the US with an extradition treaty then the FBI could still issue an arrest warrant and extradite them. There are few western countries without a US extradtion treaty, even Bitcoin friendly countries like Canada have them.
