I created a wallet, but a lot of coins moved from spendable to stake, how can I move back from stake to spendable?

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

just wail until your wallet is full sync. and dont forget to read the specific deatil of the coin you stake.
for example : 100 blocks to maturity. this mean you have to wait until reach the 100 next block to spend your coin.

Yep. Trying to stake all you trans in one block is noob. Mine more blocks than trans it takes to confirm to create stake able transactions and a working blockchain.

Your one premine scam block ate itself and shat on you.

Mine more blocks at first. You can try to put a reservebalance=x ( where x= the number of coins to keep in reserve) line into your conf file if you want to exclude some coins from staking.
