while waiting for the coins to be mixed, ill post some initial thoughts:
the front page is incredibly simple and directs the user very well in terms of functionality, no clutter or wasted space either. No need to scroll horizontally as well with the default window size of TOR. a few things I would like to see added: a custom time on delayed sends. maybe add various options such as: within 1 hour (just being a bit safe), and varying time frames up to 24 hours (paranoid). also, maybe have the pgp site displayed on the window rather than only give the option to download the file; i know its just a txt file, but people get a tad spooked with TOR stuff and downloading files.

I agree with subStrata's point about not having to download the PGP message. I double hopped VPN's but I still almost didn't click the download on the PGP confirmation message. If there is a way to display it or even make a specialized TOR page address display that message so that you don't need to open yourself up to network vulnerabilities that would be an improvement.

The reason it did not split the coins between the two addresses is because the amount was too small, it has to be at least 0.02 BTC per destination address for it to split. Its because I dont want to send too small amounts (dust) to a user either so i just put the limit there.

I tried out the site today. First impressions: the UI is clean and easy to use.

I downloaded the Anonymizer Guarantee before sending coins. Perhaps you could also include a button that expands to show this inline on the site without the need to download the text file. Not sure if that would make it look too cluttered though.
