Online for me and was online last month without any offline periods.
But withdraw request hasn't been proceeded for about 3 days already.
Update: withdrawal is done

Yes, the site is back.

But it seems that they still have problems withdrawing coins.
I withdrew 48,5 two days ago. The transaction still has zero confirmations.
Support didn't react yet.
