aurumxchange.com not working?

I made a cash deposit for mtgox USD. and set it to send me a mtgox code to my e-mail.

Here's what my order says:

We have received full payment for your order and your exchange should be completed within minutes, unless otherwise noted on the "Processing time" field of your order below. If you have not received payment for your order within the timeframe indicated below, please open a support ticket.

Processing Time: Instant after full payment is received.


So, full payment has been received and the processing time says instant after full payment is received. It has been 40 minutes now and the order is still not completed.

Anyone else having this issue??
I have used aurumxchange a lot in the past and this has never happened. It has always been instant after they receive payment.

I don't see that aurumxchange forum user has logged in for a couple weeks, though lurking doesn't require login:

So your fastest response will probably not come from here but instead through their ticket system.  Have you filed a ticket?
