Mtgox claim filing. Couldn't reset password.

I have been trying to file my claim through https://claims.mtgox.com/assets/index.html for a good while.

I know my email, and the username. But I forgot my password.

It has a link to reset the password, I tried entering both my email as well as the username, but I just don't get the email.

Any help with this?
