are you going to use an escrow service ?
I think price should be dependent on the quality of the article rather than the experience ( some may have 2 years of experience with a bad taste) and also how much ur willing to pay per article which is composed of 500 to 3000 words?

I would have applied for this but price depending on your experience is not fair enough because I think the OP should have a price range per article based on the minimum and maximum pay out rates. |

I would have applied for this but price depending on your experience is not fair enough because I think the OP should have a price range per article based on the minimum and maximum pay out rates. Its not a problem to find solution if you can provide quality articles  |
