Last time, when they increased the number of participants from 10 to 14, apparently the media rights holders were not very happy. But my only question here is why FIFA or other sports bodies such as FIH and FIBA doesn't face the same heat as the ICC? Even the Rugby World Cup has expanded to 24 teams, although it is not considered as a global sport. The media rights holders are OK with all the other sports? The "World" needs to be there in World Cup, and at the moment that is not the case.

Yesterday on the last over when Haris Rauf was on bowling, at that time the score was like Bangladesh needed about 23 runs in 6 balls, early balls were dot but then the Bangladeshi batter smashed a four. Then 18 for 4 remaining again there was a dot ball.
