Accounts isn't a valid collateral.

Collateral should be easy to sell back just in case the borrower "ran" away, while "your" accounts have some "risk".

Also, careful by getting negative trust here.

Even though this loan is quite small, without collateral you won't be having much luck. My advice to you would be not to ask for further loans without collateral or else you might get negative trust rating.
