Why my friend cant register from smartfon ???

He have acces to internet ofc its checked but when try register he have "time out" ....
wtf mine PC and www working fine but he cant register.... and other www on his smartfon working normal even youtube so wtf ?

BTCtalk has several reports of performance problems, with connection timed out problems, forum offline, connection refused, etc. I think this is not a problem with him or his smartphone, but if he is using 3g or similar, maybe the connection was too slow when he tried.

And Tor is unusable over 3g too.

Just try again. Bitcointalk has had some performance issues over the last days. it was even offline for some time.

I ever got an issue about this forum, i ever got bad gateway or this forum is can't be open. Your friend is need to try again, also use a stable connection might be good.

Might post in meta if you are able to figure out what is stopping it.  What country are you in and what DNS do you use?   When your friend tried it on pc was it tethered through same smart phone?

Let us know more info and try to replicate it.  If all else fails since your friend has you... do a teamviewer sesssion for him to sign up on your connection, or he could go over to your house and do it.
