"A deal to create an official Mike Tyson-branded bitcoin ATM in Las Vegas has been dismissed as a scam due to its connection to two mysterious companies. This weekend, the ex-heavyweight champion of the world tweeted to his 4.8 million followers that the ATM would be "Changing the way we get change". With a launch date of 30th August, the machine promised to offer cash-to-bitcoin services in under 20 seconds, 10 seconds faster than Iron Mike's knockout record." http://www.coindesk.com/mike-tyson-bitcoin-atm-hit-with-scam-accusations/

He doesn't have a clue what he's gotten into, and still probably doesn't. He probably never even heard of Bitcoin so far This was just someone telling him "there's good money here if you give your name and face" and he went for it... This will most probably end up nowhere.

If there was one thing I was sure I wouldn't see when I started getting into Bitcoin four years ago, it was a Mike Tyson branded ATM

What are the companies linked to the scams? Poor good ol Mike seems like it's still being used by bad people to get money off his fame. He has been doing great in paying all of his debts, so I hope he doesn't get screwed up again. He got already screwed up by mad goldiggers and Don King and his crew.

The OTC company behind the ATMs has a market cap of $6,000. There will never be any Mike Tyson ATMs.

All he has to do is ride around Vegas on his tricycle putting Tyson stickers on the existing ATMs. Job jobbed.

Nevertheless I am regreting if this turns out as a scam. We do need every bit of help for promotion and adoption out there.

Anybody can pull a graph that shows google searches for bitcoin after this tweet?
