Is it possible to add a bitcoin price Ticker on the top of the forum beside the time... Is it possible??

I don't think this is relevant or essential. There are quite a few tickers out there... If you really want one for the forums you can try this plugin/script.

This has been discussed a few times, it seems the general attitude to the suggestion is that we don't need it, and it's simple enough to open another tab to an external ticker. Even if it was to be added, I would imagine it would be very low priority and wouldn't be considered until the new forum has been completed, and throughly tested.
