"not a scammer" is that not exactly what a scammer would say too?

If you want some BTC and green trust points I suggest being a newbie you consider non reversible payment methods until your reputation is sufficiently built that people will even begin to consider accepting paypal.

I would like to sell 5% bitstamp rate.

Western Union or MoneyGram Would be fine.

I might be new and such but I do have reputations in different forums and I have bought BTC before in LocalBits. I would like to buy some off you with MoneyGram. I was wondering if you could do 305 instead of 209 as the Bitstamp rate is 295 atm and 5% above that would yield it at 309.
