IMO, they offer it with a high price. It wouldn't be viable for people looking to save money. Also, with basic verification, it would only give you a limit of 3500 euros per year which is relatively low. There are much better alternatives if you buy a prepaid Visa card and load it with Bitcoin through LBC to prevent blocking. The limits would be high without verification at all and the fees are very low.

If you are not interested in ordering the card and just want to withdraw your BTC to credit card once, there are exchangers which provide such service. 247exchange.com is one of examples.

Are you in the US? If so, you can buy them at just about any retailer, but places like CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid , Family Dollar and Dollar General are usually the best places to go.
You do not need an ID to buy them and load money onto them initially, but if you intend to ever load any more funds to it, you will have to verify your identity.

I see a lot of options but some seem super sketchy or super high fees for every aspect. Also want to find a good option and plan to test a few out in the next month.

Some sites are offering bitcoins to atm directly transactions. They will send a bitcoins atm card to us we need to get bitcoins in their website portal and automatically we can withdraw bitcoins in form of local currency from nearest atm's. But that web portal is saying that to get bitcoins atm card we need to have a minimum of 0.3 btc transaction from their portal. Is any websites offering a free bitcoin atm card ?? If please let me know.

I doubt you will find any offering that service free,it would drive up costs having to send to every member. 0.3 is reasonable imo.

Not with a ATM card but still works in a way... Some users on local Bitcoins offer to give you a code which you have to type on the ATM ( idk this may be UK only)
